This policy describes how Eric Shaw collect, process, use and share information about you.
This Privacy Policy applies to all of Eric Shaw's games, whether on your computer, mobile device, website, console, PC or platform including Facebook (each a "Game" and collectively the "Games") ). It also applies to our marketing and advertising campaigns on all platforms and other services we may provide to you from time to time. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to our games, websites, marketing and advertising campaigns, and other services collectively as our "Services."
By downloading, accessing and/or playing our games or other services, you agree to the use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you have any concerns about providing information to us or using it as described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use our games or other services.
1. Information we collect when you use our Games
You consent to us collecting the following information, including both Personal Information and non-Personal Information:
· Information We Collect About You. When you use our Applications, we may collect and store information from you directly. For example, when you register with us, we may collect certain information from you, including your name, email address, username, nicknames and passwords, and social networking and open market usernames and information, including profile pictures, images. Once registered, you may also have the option of completing a user profile.
When you contact us, we also collect certain Personal Information in order to be able to respond to you.
· Your Contacts. We offer you the ability to locate, invite, and play games with your contacts. To do so, ENPV1 may request access to your address book or social networking accounts. We will ask you for your permission before we access and store your contacts.
· Your Device Information. When you use our Applications on your mobile devices, such as a phone or tablet, we may collect information regarding your devices, including your mobile unique device identifiers and Internet Protocol (IP) address. We may also collect the name you have designated for your device, the device type, the name of your mobile network and mobile provider, and the country from which you connect.
· Your Location. In order to allow you to use the location-based matching feature available in some of our Applications, we may track your location.
· Technical and Usage Information. When you use our Applications, we collect technical and usage information such as your browser type, browser language, referring and exit URLs, platform type, interactions with other users, and usage statistics with the Applications, such as connection times and download records. · Download and payment information: We collect information on what games you download and payments you make to us.
2. Who we share information with
We will not share any Personal Data that we have collected from or regarding you except as described below:
Information Shared with Our Service Providers. We engage external service providers to work with us to administer and provide the Services. As part of that they will process your Personal Data on our behalf. These external service providers have access to your Personal Data only for the purpose of performing services on our behalf, in compliance with this Privacy Policy, and we make sure each one is contractually obliged not to disclose or use your Personal Data for any other purpose. The service providers we use help us to:
Run, operate and maintain our Services through third party platform and software tools;
Perform content moderation and crash analytics;
Run email and mobile messaging campaigns;
Perform game and marketing analytics;
Administer live events, competitions, sweepstakes and promotions, including registering players, managing check-in and attendance, verifying eligibility and prize fulfilment;
Provide payment attribution;
Provide technical and customer support; and
Process payments for live events ticketing or other purchases.
3. Marketing partner
When we market our games on media published by other companies, we use various third-party marketing partners to assist us on our behalf, and we may share the data we collect about you with such third parties for these purposes .
Our marketing partners may help us serve advertisements to you by combining this information with data they collect about you elsewhere. They collect this information when you use their services or third-party websites and services. Our partners use this information to make assumptions about the types of advertisements you would like to see.
By accepting this Privacy Policy and downloading or continuing to play our games, unless you opt out of interest-based advertising as described in this section, your personal data will be used by our marketing partners to collect and use information about you to improve Advertising, targeting and measurement systems as described in its Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the collection of your data by our marketing partners. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of our partners for more information.
4. Children's Privacy
It is very important to us to protect the health of young children online. Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect or retain personal data or non-personally identifiable information from underage users, except as permitted by law to support our internal operations.
In this Privacy Policy, references to underage users refer to users who have not reached the age of consent to the processing of personal data in their country of residence:
Croatia, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia - 16 years or younger
Czech Republic, France, Greece, Slovenia - 15 years or younger
Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Italy, Lithuania, Spain - 14 years or younger
US, UK and any EU country not listed above - 13 years or younger.
5. Data Protection Rights
You, and your legal guardian if you are a minor, have certain data protection rights under applicable law. Your rights under applicable law may include:
a) Access to the personal information we process about you as well as the right to data portability,
b) The right to have personal information corrected or erased,
c) The right to restrict the processing of your personal information
d) The right to withdraw your consent at any time for consent we have obtained from you, although this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal.
e) You also have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your personal information which is based on BNEI’s legitimate interests.
f) Where we process your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to such processing, including for profiling purposes to the extent that it is related to direct marketing. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, we will no longer process your personal information for such purposes. In that case we may still send you transactional or relationship messages, but only about our ongoing business relations.
g) The right to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise these rights, you should make a request using our contact details set out below. If you are not satisfied with the way we handle your request, and your country of residence has a supervisory authority, you may lodge a complaint with such supervisory authority in your country of residence. We do not provide different levels of service if you exercise these rights. However, if you request that we delete or cease collecting information which is necessary to ensure adequate functioning of the Services, you may not be able to use all or some parts of our Services.
Storing and deleting data:
Personal information collected through the Services is being stored and deleted in compliance with privacy requirements. All data will be de-identified or deleted if no longer required for the purposes mentioned above, unless further retention is required by law.
6. Obtain a copy of your data
At any time you can request a copy of the Data associated with your Account. You may also consult the Data, use it yourself or transfer it to another service provider. We has established a simple procedure for you to exercise your rights:

If you have been sanctioned in relation to our Services, we will not be able to give you access to the Data regarding your sanction so as to maintain our ability to detect or take action against such behaviour.
Correct your Data – “Right to rectification": You have the right to correct your Data when it is inaccurate or incomplete (for example, change your delivery address).

Give and withdraw your consent – “Right to object and withdraw your consent": At any time, you may withdraw your consent or object to the receipt of newsletters or advertising emails, the personalisation of advertisements or the sharing of your Data with our partners (except for subsidiaries and technical service providers):
on the Account management page, in the “Privacy and Communication" Section,
on the Cookies page, to set the Cookies,
for some of our mobile games, in the privacy settings,
on your telephone or your tablet, in the settings, by activating “Limit Ad Tracking" on telephones, or activating “Opt-out of Ads Personalisation" on Android telephones.
Delete your Account – “Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)": You can request the closure of your Account and the deletion of the associated Data.
To do so, please see the Account management page in the “Account information" Section then “Close your account".
If you have been sanctioned in relation to our Services, we cannot delete the Data regarding your sanction as to allow us to maintain your sanction.
Limit the use of your Data – “Right to restriction of processing": You also have the right to request that your Data no longer be used or not be deleted during the time we are processing your request.
If you feel that your rights have not been respected after having contacted us, you have the right to make a complaint to the regulatory authority in your country.
